Training For Life
Hi, I’m Liza — a 500-hour Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher, Titleist Performance Institute-certified golf fitness coach, and lifelong athlete. Movement has always been at the center of my life, from training for triathlons at altitude to guiding yoga students through their first downward dog.
I was first introduced to yoga as a kid, when my mom enrolled me in a “yoga for teens” course. From that point on, the mat became a home base — a place where I built confidence in my body and discovered the power of movement. Yoga showed me early on that strength, balance, and mobility are for every age and every body.
Years later, after a backcountry accident left me with major injuries — torn ligaments, a partially collapsed lung, and a concussion— yoga took on a new meaning. Recovery forced me to slow down and shift my focus from what I couldn’t do to what I could. That perspective not only carried me through healing, but set the foundation for how I teach today.
Today, mobility allows me to do the things I love most: training for triathlons, playing golf, and living fully in the high-altitude lifestyle I call home.
What I’ve learned along the way is simple: mobility isn’t just for athletes — it’s for everyone. Whether you’re a golfer looking to unlock your swing, a yogi hoping to deepen your practice, or someone who simply wants to move with less pain and more confidence, mobility is the foundation.
I focus on training for life — one stretch at a time. My style is supportive, accessible, and adaptable to your needs. No matter where you’re starting from, I believe mobility has the power to change your game — and your life.
